Spiritural Growth

At HCA, faith isn’t just a subject—it’s woven into everything we do. From learning kindness on the playground to seeing God’s hand in nature, we help children develop a biblical worldview from their very first steps in the classroom. Our goal is to be the premier Christian preschool in Huntsville where children encounter God’s love every day.

All teachers and parents agree to HCA’s Statement of Faith, assuring everyone is working from the same Christ-centered foundation of problem solving that we model for our students.

We give your child a head start by blending the gold standards of Christian education. By integrating Abeka’s traditional excellence, BJU Press’s critical thinking, and Heggerty’s phonemic awareness, we create a custom learning path that is as rigorous as it is fun. Once your child is old enough for Kindergarten, they are given priority placement in our Kindergarten program ahead of new applicants.

Preschool is where lifelong friendships begin. We emphasize essential social skills like sharing, empathy, and effective communication, helping your child navigate their world with confidence and a heart for others. From following multi-step directions to mastering “big kid” responsibilities, we empower our students to be self-reliant. Our classroom environment fosters the problem-solving skills and emotional resilience children need to thrive both in and out of school.

We focus on the “Fruit of the Spirit” as the foundation for all social interaction. By teaching patience, gentleness, and self-control, we help preschoolers understand how to love their neighbors and build a community rooted in Christ-like character.
