At HCA, students in 6th through 8th grade change classes throughout the day. In addition to the core classes in Science, Math, History and English Language Arts, students enrichment classes are added throughout the school year such as:

- The Fallacy Detective
- Critical Thinking
- Music Appreciation
- Art
- World Geography
- Creative Writing
- Word Building
- Zoology
- Visual Latin
- Jiu-Jitsu (additional fee)
Middle School students are issued Chromebooks at the beginning of the year for classroom assignments, research projects, and online learning content.
