Scholarships

A Christian education is extremely valuable and essential to families who desire to invest in their children. There are various programs available to make this investment affordable for any level of household income including programs funded by the federal and state government agencies, NGOs, churches, community groups, foundations, individual philanthropic initiatives, and HCA itself.

Other outside sources

  • Ask your church if they are willing to assist you financially to provide your children with a Christian education. Some churches may have formal programs, others may need to be asked.
  • Some employers offer tuition assistance.
  • Especially when children are struggling in a public school setting, friends and family are often more willing to help cover the cost of Christian education than anything else, if you are not able to cover the costs yourself.
  • Search internet for foundations and other non-profit organizations that offer grants or scholarships for primary or secondary school.

Referral Credits

  • Valid through July 31, 2025
  • Available to ALL families, we highly encourage students to invite a friend for a Shadow Day.
  • If that friend enrolls at HCA, your student will receive a $450 credit toward tuition.
  • Your tuition credit will be issued within two months of the new student’s first day of school.
  • There is no limit to how many students for which you may receive referral credits! For example, recruiting a family with 4 children will earn you 2 months of free tuition.

HCA Hardship Scholarship

  • Huntsville Christian Academy relies heavily on the outside sources listed above for providing financial aid. In extreme circumstances, such as a bread-winning parent passing away suddenly, our scholarship committee can grant a temporary scholarship while outside funding is being pursued.
  • All avenues listed above must be explored before an application can submitted.
